In the case of order cancellation, the full amount of purchase price including shipping costs will be credited to the payment method you chose. For change in order, for instance, a different model of product, change in demanded quantity or shipping destination, the initial order will be replaced by a new order and the purchase prices may be vary due to the time difference. Please check carefully for any price revision.
Without any further inquiry from you in 12 hours, we will continue the order review and approve the transaction if the credit card payment is pre-authorized. After the cooling-off period, customers will only be refunded with the purchase price and will be charged with extra shipping cost.
We will refund the purchase price of any product returned to us in a resellable condition with all components including all accessories, packing material and manual within 14 calendar days of purchase, with proof of purchase. A Return Authorization Form will be sent to you via email shortly with a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#) which is required in the return procedure. Please fill in the form and send it back with the product you wish to return to us as soon as possible. Remember to have the RMA# clearly printed on the packaging. Returned products without a RMA# will not be entertained.
Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable after the 12-hour cooling-off period, even if the products may not yet shipped.
